Mumbai suburban story is different at peak hours. The lower the TAT, the more number of trains will be there and more passengers will be carried. In such a situation time is money for passengers. Next time you are in Mumbai try and find time to go to Churchgate or CST between 5pm and 730pm Monday to Friday and you will get the idea
