At present a poll/ list/ quiz comes on top only when someone comments in it. But this is actually different from the blog post section. In the blog post section a post comes on top whenever someone hits a positive rating button like 'Great', 'Agree', 'Useful' etc. I think this can be implemented in Polls section as well. Whenever a member votes in a post or hits Great/ Agree etc, that post should automatically come on top just like it happen in blog post section.This will have some advantages- At present many important and good posts get eventually hidden by lighter posts just because no comments are posted; hence it forces the blogger to ask for votes; but with this...

Yes I agree that to punish someone we should not forget about genuine people ....
Agree with u but some modifications are definitely needed I think GREEN and RED should b only ratings.something on the lines of travel tips rating.
