The train is very poorly marshalled. The location of coaches as depicted on the website does not match with the positioning of the coaches on ground. This causes grave inconvenience to passengers who have to scamper around for their coach despite confirmed reservation.
The toilets in the HA1 coach are filthy and stinking. And the coach attendant has no clue on how to resolve issues of cleanliness.
