India's First Electric Locomotive converted from ALCO diesel Rolled From DLW-Varanasi,WAGC-3 ,WAG Converted from Diesel,Its Mue'd locos Providing rated output 6300HP,Shell is built by combining WAM-4 & WDM3A.This Project is being executed on record time of 68 days.
First loco roll out target is in this month only.The target to roll out second loco is mid March 2018.

WAGC3 is a pure electric locomotive only.

Yes, but so far I know it will be dual cab by stichting two locos together, a single loco is not dual cab. To the best of my knowledge WAG12 also follows the same pattern- Two 6000HP locos are stitched together to make a 12000HP unit.
I think a wdg4 loco converted to a wag loco would be better since the cab will provide a good view.
Yeah, or to be precise a WDG4D or WDG4D. Then it will automatically get dual cabs.
