Extension of 22139/40 to Which City Gadag or Gulbarga or No Extn Required?As already railway Board Sent Letter to CR to Extnd till Gadag Junction so want to know what are the Views of IRI members over this one.

Agreed for Doubling but Electrification this route still not in prority like Pune-Miraj-londa or HPT-UBL-VSG sections. But Doubling mein iske jaisa koi priority nahi hai abhi tak ab iske baad pata nahi kis pace pe chalega Doubling work
NTPC is funding on this route like hailstorm, thus the fast pace and work is also of high quality. When the time of gauge conversion, the poorest quality of GC in the entire KA has been used here, hence speed is also low on this route. But the entire scenario has changed now, high quality sleepers and ballast is being used on this route, kind of total change of route up-gradation doubling
so this 63% Voting is Going to become reality for 22139 Mumbai CST-SUR SF exp to Ext upto Gadag jn as 11139 Effective from 16th May..
