Vaigai வந்துருச்சு, ஆசையில் ஓடி வந்தேன்

Suppose my train journey is on Sunday. It's departure time is 23:56. I have a PRS ticket which is RAC after chart preparation. I have cancelled it through counter IRCTC web cancellation. I got a SMS from IRCTC that ticket has been cancelled. Collect refund amount from journey commencing station or nearby satellite PRS locations as per notified time. When can we get refund in this case ?
