Thane pe terminate nahi hoti trains, trains terminate at LTT.
No issue of congestion, but if data of destination (i.e LTT) is fed into the system the average punctuality decreases due to late trains.
So this is a smart trick for short terminating trains at Thane (just on paper), as short terminated trains don't contribute to avg delay (coz they don't reach their destination).
