Lagta hai Bhoot ghus Gaya train me.
Is train ki condition din par din bekaar hoti jaa rahi hai aur iski barbaadi me ECR/NCR/NR equally responsible hai.
Normally, this train gets late throughout the year like this between Chopan and Lucknow which it tries to make up between Lucknow and Bareilly. Sometimes, it fails and further gains delay.

Same happens with 14307, Prayag-Bareilly Passenger/Express (which remains cancelled in winters), loses hefty time in Prayag-Lucknow (where it is a passenger train) and then attempts to cover-up the delay between Lucknow- Bareilly.
