No more trains are possible in Konkan,so extended the present trains in Konkan route to the interior Karnataka ,even though Karnataka contribute major share in Konkan.
Yes you are right sir but The train is of CR and it have less TAT at mangaluru jn so they need Extra Rake to Extn so you might be knowing CR badly in need of rakes to serve in their Interior maharashtra cities so how can u expect they extnd this one upto Bengaluru?
SWR rakes have to be utilized and transfer to SWR for primary and secondary maintenance
Ha ha If SWR rakes will be Utilised then y ppl will be Demanding Extn of CR train sir? They would be pressurissing SWR to run one new train from Subramannya Road to mumbai CST. This Extn is same like Mumbai CST-GDG Extn their also SWR could have provided trian then their will be no pressure to Extend 22139/40 to GDG. SWR only want to run Long journey Intra State trains from Bengaluru,Mysuru,YPR,UBL and some trains between Mysuru/Bengaluru & UBL only so cities coming in between those services have services luckily and other places od SWR like Chitradurg,Ballari,Hospet,gadag,bagalkot,bijapur,B elagavi get Second standards in this matter. You can see the services for these places from SWR trains
