What is the use of New lines i dont know when they not running trains on Presnt lines simply those lines will rust and decay due to non use and no maintaining them. Present Kotturu-Hospet they cant open for traffic and they talk abt new lines just to make ppl ullu.. Those lines will take decades to come into existnece and until that ppl need to travel by Buses only and rich will travel by Flights and very poor will travel in congested trains only.

Over all Growth and Development is the Key to get Profit and good Services instead of Centeric or one Regionalised. If they Develop these all Entire SWR Stations and run good trains it will help in both Socio Economic Devlpmnt of the Places and railways profit and SWR Zone also will be Improved. If they Only do circus in UBL,SBC & MYS then its no far then SWR can compete other zones in earnings and Improvements. First those freights have to be banned or runned by Seperate Special Central govt Agencies then only it will hit SWR UBL division to think about pass services profit until that it goes like in ths way only..

ha ha They even Shows New line PET as one HUBLI-BGM and Next Dharwad to Belgaum and one more Dharwad-belgaum-kolhapur see 3 New PET's for same region and about Shivamogga to Ranibennur you said and i saw Shivamogga to Harihar new line some thing Survey report so two lines here too. Like this they work for New lines. Gadag-Wadi NL in Pink Book but line running from Talkal to wadi for that ppl of Naregal,gajendragarh and Ilkal fought and now PET sanctioned for Gadag-Krishna via kutomachagi,Naregal,gajendragarh,Ilkal Ligusgur.. But some MP of Haveri dist told it will go through Kanaginahal then Why Gadag-krishna name to fool ppl name it as kanaginahal-Krishna as Gadag-kanaginahal already doubling in stage its not New line between GDG-kanaginahal na..simply naming something in pink book and doing some other in ground works..

22139/40 number will not be used after 16th May.....Only 11139/40 number will be used to operate b/w CSMT-GDG..... however it will run with S/F Fares b/w CSMT-SUR
