Frankly speaking, TN indeed got the priority. Received at BPQ with 1:10 hr delay and reached GDR with 40 minutes delay. If you consider WTT, which we don't know exactly, delay would be less than 40 for sure at GDR.
Thing is even though TN was delayed, it managed to get crack run in BZA-NLR stretch, with so many trains queued up. And those trains are high patronized and deserves the priority to get the run.
