Ye bas target poora karne ke liye notification daal dete. Nahi to kucch nahi kiya to report nikal jaayegi. Aise hi chalte hai jyaadatar projects.

Ha wo 2.2 kV pass karna hota hai chori se bachne ke liye, 25kV fully electrified hone ke baad But, uske liye poori wiring honi chaahiye. Agar notification nikal di hai iska matlab unka kaam almost ho gya hai. Isi case me 31 march ka due tha energization, just dikhaane ke liye ki kaam ho jaayega. Aise hi projects ki deadline show kar dete hai.
