But then what would you call dynamic pricing introduced by railway. This alone resulted in drop in passenger even highly popular trains like mumbai rajdhani hwh rajdhani even bangalore rajdhani. Because of this on many sectores the 2A fare became equal or worst more expensive than flights. IMO here the fault lies with railway and not the aviation minister
