anna~ 5521 blog postsLooks like NWR is not concerned for its premier train 12988. Today 12987 reached AII at 6:17AM, so easily it culd have departed AII at 2:20PM(1.5 hours delay with 8 hours PM at AII), yet it was rescheduled to depart at 4:05 PM. (3 hours 15 minutes late).
NWR must very well be knowing that if it departed late, next day 12987 will be rescheduled and the chain will continue and then soon 1 rake will be cancelled.
Very poor decision.

In Feb it got 4th rake, don't know where it went again.
And even though, if 4th rake isn't present, NWR should try their best to give priority to its zone train in which NWR fails. Max time it gets delay from JP to BTE and ALS in return, it couldn't utilize enough slack from BTE to JP.
