But it is done by removal of 1 sleeper ( shown in image ).

Why not simply add 3A . No reason to remove 3A. IR allows 24 coach trains.

Because thinking of people has changed. Fir the past I preferred only general now I started to travel in reservation coach. Same way our beloved indians are switched their minds to get more comfort. So thats why these type of changes happen. One day every indian wants to travel in Reservation coaches.
