If I decide to travel to Agartala and back by the Humsafar express from BNC or PER (reaches AGTL Monday 0345, and leaves only on Tuesday), will I get a good hotel in AGTL at that odd hour, or any other advise will be most welcome.

Never been to Agartala but as I go to Silchar, I heard from my relatives there are good budget hotel in Agartala. Sorry I couldn't help you much with this as I don't know how far are the hotels from the Station . But don't worry you will get good hotel at AGTL..
