SR shall be bifurcated as Tamilnadu & Puducherry UT Railway Zone and Kerala & Puducherry UT Railway Zone.

Example. All the present Railway divisions in Tamilnadu have to be attached to Tamilnadu Railway Zone including Kanniyakumari district Railway lines .
Similarly all the Zones ate reorganized with state names.
Smaller states in the North East and UT s may be awarded with concerned State Division Names.
NEFR may be biburcated as Assam Railway Zone and all other States are provided with State named Division such as Thirupura Railway Division,Nagaland Railway Division.
Some exception may be allowed. Example.Kuppam Railway station comes in the Jolarpettai ( Tamilnadu ) to Bangarpettai ( Karnataka ).So Kuppam may be either attached in Karnataka Railway Zone or in Tamilnadu Railway zone.
Now Kanniyakumari district people's are now facing so many problems in Kerala based Thiruvanandapuram division.They ( Tamil knowing people ) are deprived of their grievances expression in Thiruvanandapuram divisions ( Malayalam language officials ).
