If the Railway can bring pressure on SWR,speed of the train can be increased.The problem is that this train is stranded on the platform itself till it runs on reverse journey.So the SWR doesn't want this train to be taken early.Railway is one.But One zone doesn't cooperate with other zone.The best example is recently convrted Bza Rgda exp (From passenger to express)

SBC has to develop their infrastructure.yes it is to be on pf till it return as 18464. They can park the trains in some other stations or they have to construct additional parking lines.
If the work on Bayyappanahalli terminal is completed, prasanti express may be kept at Bayyappanahalli .Its journey time can be reduced.Stoppage of either Guntakal or GOOTY is to be avoided.
