Tollygunge (TLG) of ER Zone Sealdah South Division located on BLN-MJT section should not be confused with Tollygunge (TOL) a.k.a Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro Station of Kolkata Metro. The nearest Metro station of Tollygunge ER (TLG) EMU station is Rabindra Sarobar which is just beneath the TLG Elevated PF. Just take the end stairs towards MJT side of the PF and you will reach Rabindra Sarobar Metro Entrance. Tollygunge Metro station is just the next station of Rabindra Sarobar on Kavi Subhash side. The Tollygunge PRS (Reservation) counter is not at TLG. It is located within the Metro Rail Station complex of Tollygunge Metro that is why tickets booked from Tollygunge PRS have Location Window code as TOL.
