New features related to deletion of Blog Posts have been introduced:
1. Everyone (including anonymous posters) will be able to delete their own posts for upto 1 hour after posting. However, if someone else replies against that blog entry in the meanwhile, this ability will be gone.
2. Admins will NOT be able to remove other Admins' posts.
Feedback welcome.

Indeed, this feature has been introduced pursuant to your suggestion in post 26632-3. The acknowledgement was already made at 120pm today soon after this announcement was made. Please click here to peruse the relevant entry. /blog/post/26632/5

@ I wish to add that ....... like in the past where it was quick acknowledging, many new suggestions now go escaped from being acknowledged. !!!! But No issues. Good Wishes.

As a followup to the above, the "own blog" deletion feature has been introduced pursuant to the suggestions and discussions between Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, Manish, Mr. Jain and Kapadia vide Entry# 27305 /blog/post/27305/8
Once again, acknowledgement has already been made against that entry.
In the future, a dual link to the original suggestion entries will be made in the Site Announcement entry as well, for ready reference.
