12542 - LTT-GKP Superfast Express still running on Hybrid-LHB Coaches. Being a Superfast train it should be alloted Pure LHB Rakes
another train 11015 Kushinagar express has alloted Pure LHB Rakes though it is an Express train
12542 must be given Pure LHB Rakes

Kushinagar is CR train while 12542 is GKP based train. So we can't compare.
as a traveller can't we send request to Railway for Rake updgradation to LHB ??
