Yes Aap sahi keh rahe ho Newly appointed ko Freights pe Appoint karenge lekin route mein aanewale TSR aur PSR ko maalum rakhna toh basic point hai har ek LP & ALP ko chahe Freight wale ho ya Pasenger wale ya SF k LP sabko basically route aur usme aane wale TSR PSR sections pehle se hi bataya gaya hota hai.
