Mangalore belongs to Karnataka state which is under the control of the Palakkad division in SR.
SR web site jurisdiction is covering Tamilnadu,Kerala, Puducherry and Small portion ( Chennai central up to Gudur & Chennai central up to Renigunda ) of Andhra Pradesh.
In SR website totally missed the state covering...
