No. Only MAS Rajdhani stops at Agra Cantt (AGC). The SC and SBc Raj Exp Trains skip AGC. TVC Raj Exp does not even touch AGC as it runs via Kota-Mathura.
Agra is such an important station with world's renowned TajMahal. Why cant a tourist halt for 2min cant be implemented?Even ndls-bhopal shatabdi(india's fastest train) halts for 5min there.
New Delhi - Bhopal Shatabdi stops at AGC for Tourism Purpose only. Earlier it used to skip Mathura(MTJ) but now it stops over there also. Again Tourist Halt. These SC and SBc Rajdhanis may not be carrying many AGC Bound People as MAS Rajdhani carries, hence the halt.
