I travelled in B6 in 12951 on 27th march from BVI to NDLS and no major change in terms of upgrading to swarna coach... Only change was that there was vinyl coating in the galley and washroom nothing apart from that... Taps were leaking and flushes in some washrooms were not working in B6, B5 and B4. I asked for the complaint book as the butter chiplet I got in morning breakfast had black fungus on it once opened but they did not give me the complaint book either however just changed the butter chiplet... Totally unacceptable service in one of the prestigious train of India... Im a vivid rail fan and I mostly take a flight as I work in delhi and my family stays in mumbai and as an airline staff we get discounted tickets but opted to travel by upgraded rajdhani but to my surprise it was a...

Please tweet your experience to concern DRM and Rail Minister. At least something will come up...
I believe it is of no use to tey to mend something which has gone way beyond the control
