No bro I am frequent traveler in both trains and I doesn't see the switch points.
May be the the single rake of swarn rajdhani have some switch socket but not in two rakes and I'm poorva express their is no switch socket in side seats

Right par side wale pe do hone chahiye because SU wale ko asaani rahega phone 6s lappy charge Karne K liye.
2 ports each side should be there. i.e. 4 ports for 8/6 persons as per SL/3AC or 2 AC.
