Is there any specific reason for delaying the e-loco attachements for amaravathi,prashanthi ,special trains ?

Anyways within few days or weeks the trains mentioned by him will be run with elocos. Then people will miss diesels as usual. Anyways I'm happy with diesels and the track doubling works going in my area. I'm happy SWR went for doubling my area rather than electrifying it.
