Indian rail advance booking in 90 days is too much early. Please somebody ask to our Rail Minister to cancel the 90 days advance booking. People don't have plan before 90 days. Such stupid system. Only Govt wants the booking amount before 90 days if somebody book the ticket and wants to cancel the ticket, cancellation fees is Rs.40.00 per person is too much.

if you do not wish to book 90 days in advance, dont book it so much in advance. for people who plan for attending some functions, its good. once upon a time, it was 15 days booking period, later increased to 30, 60 and 90 respectively on public demand. there are people who book 90 days in advance. to each his wish.
