I have noticed that Chain Pulling takes place on many trains at their Originating Stations just when they are about to depart from their station. Does this take place because of passengers who need to take in their associates inside the train during the very last minute ?

That's the case. Many passengers are usually busy with nature's call so they don't observe the design of ICF AC Coaches Toilets. I have observed because I take some more time in the toilet to enjoy the speed n sounds of the rapping train, esp if it's a Superfast. I find one thing very funny which is the chaining of wash water mugs being chained to the toilet wall hook. This shows that in India, even such a mug is not safe within AC Coaches Toilets, even if the entire train is Fully AC ... HA Ha ha ... ;-)
