agar MNK-DAL pe focus karke start kar dete toh LJN and LKO both relieve ho jaate kaafi. Hamsafar/Vaishali ko via LJN bypass bhej diya jata and few LKO terminating trains could have been shifted to LJN
NER se aisa expected toh naahi tha. Lekin ab hai toh hai.

ASH/Aishbagh - STP/Sitapur & MNK/Manak Nagar - ASH/Aishbagh - LC/Lucknow City - DAL/Daliganj section would be ready by June;2018 or so. Most of the time project execution, development and commencement is not in control of railway officials however either they might be delaying projects intentionally or due to political pressure but by Aug or Sep;2018 both the said section would be open.
AJ sir which zone or division of IR is not corrupt. Some are less and some are more. You will agree with me that project execution is not always in railway officials hand. N number of times its contractors or politicians. Just example NER former GM sri Rajiv Mishra ji who was dedicated railway official and in his tenure NER development was on peak.
