Which is better Train ? For travel between HWH TATA or any other station between two station....

If someone has ample time and wants to waste a full day then please select HWH RNC InterCity.
Though steel is a vip train but timing wise rnc Intercity is much more preferable than steel for TATANAGAR
Both have convenient timmimgs at TATA. But Steel is much widely preferred than ICE.
One can finish his work and leave for TATA from Kolkata by availing Steel at 1730.
Are the 2S and CC coaches of both the train same? Or has some difference?
