Why always a train coming from VSKP side has to suffer at this SLO junction due to train coming from COA side..can't they hold COA train since trains coming from VSKP has ahead schedules

ECoR trolled it today no overtake done of Prashanti.
Yesterday some problem with 18047 it was running late from BBS itself even 12839 overtook it.
