From may 2018 some trains will be terminated @ANVT instead of NDLS.To decongest a station like NDLS this is a good decision. But do you think that this is a good decision to terminate trains like 12815/16 or 12825/26 @ANVT instead of NDLS!

Actually NO, because these are evergreen late running trains especially while going towards Delhi. Like 12825 mostly reaches Delhi after 0000 hrs when metro services end. At ANVT you don't hav much infrastructure to wait and its pretty outside of Delhi with less number of people at that point of time. Whereas at NDLS, even if one reaches after 0000 hrs then one can wait in executive lounge or also on the PF/Waiting room because NDLS has good amount of people all the time. Main reason is security at that odd hours of reaching of train at ANVT. Morning dep is not that much problematic but late night arrival is, atleast for now.
