Should some full AC trains incurring losses be converted to super deluxe trains by replacing few coaches with sleepers?

Yes it is true in few route AC trains are running empty but most of them have Special or Flexi Fares structures. If flexi fares system is removed every full AC Trains' occupancy will increase. Another point if we see 3A demand increased by a huge margin than it was 5-6 years back. So AC trains who are running with low occupancy due to flexi fares needs fare revision and those which are not getting filled at normal fares should be replaced by SL coaches
