travellers say that this is slow train introduced just to name sake introduction without keeping passengers comfort in mind.long houes of journey added discomfort is the non ayailability of food and eatables in the train particularly for ladies and senior citizens.

1.About Speed : Hope you know it travels in western Ghat Region, For Passenger Safety it's speed between those region will be Max of 15km/hr which takes more than 3 ours to reach Subrahmanya from Sakleshpura. Later On its Speed is OK.
2. About Food, Train Which travels more than this doesn't have proper Catering Facility. In this Till Arsikere Without problem you'll ged Breakfast and coffe/Tea, At Sakleshpur You'll get Luch on purchase. From Sakleshpur till Karwar Vendors will be Selling foods and Coffee/Tea.
