Well, this is my first time in fully AC train. So, blissfully ignore my ignorance but the generators were not working in BZA. I'm not sure about whether they are turned on now.
Rail Madad app, if that is the app you mentioned, I couldn't lodge a complaint. I registered and completed the form for ' register complaint for train' but when I click submit nothing happened. I tried few times and canceled my attempt.
Though why it didn't work here is not understandable.
Any how don't expect much action even after complaint registration.
Problem is you got the wrong train an ordinary express in the garb of lhb super fast
This is the app I tried but to no avail. I have the opinion on the train, as you share, as well. The train starts with a jolt everytime it stops and the service doesn't get the priority I expected for AC SF.
