Need help. I have booked 2 tickets in 13430 from PNBE to BGP in 2A on 22/04/2018. With the trends running for this train seems it will be late by more than 3 hrs from source itself. So How do I proceed. Should I go ahead and Cancel the ticket or file TDR for the same.

Yes if train is late more than 3hrs then you may cancel it on irctc you will get full refund
