3rd ac sab jagah . Sleeper class kam hoti ja rahi hai. Unreserved ke liye antyodaya. Sleeper ya super fast ye sab kam hota ja raha hai

Bcuz ,the reason is that
The railway get profit only from 3 rd Ac coach and unreserved coach
And not from sleeper class coach also
