If a project is listed in the target list, definitely some work takes place on that line......it may not get completed fully but work starts for sure....rest is upto you
I think to revert this and all other sections if any, to the original state should be left to you.
Couldn't agree more on this. But none of the project listed in the document gets completed on time. The situation is such that at the end of the financial year, at least some progress is seen in the sections.
That is my logic behind updating.....if a section is listed for CRS inspection in a particular FY, definitely some work will be done on it by the year end....
