As i think it can not be done why because the PM of Circar exp is at kcg and that too RSA problem so no chance for RSA with circar exp and second thing is it cannot extend upto kakinada why because only one daily exp running from bza(org) to rayalaseema districts so its occupancy is good from bza/gnt and anywhere for catching ubl amaravati,kakinada to vijayawada is well connected so at present no such proposals in future after doubling of bza-gdv-bmvt their may be chances present not.
