What the hell is going on in Indian Railways. All the trains for Bihar, Bengal, Orrisa & NE are running with huge delay. Zero punctuality for every trains. Only some (very few) short distance trains and Rajdhanis are running timely. You can see the screenshots of 12487, 22405, 12816, 12391, 12398, 12312, 12506, 13152 etc.
