WHY??? THEY CAN EASILY COME INE HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL AND BOARD IT
if some one is outside they might have to reach hijli a night befor....for locals their wont be such issue....3:43 arrivale means the pax can reach at 2:00 to 2:30 hrs
Hijli area is notorious for midnight killings, it's a free run for criminals there from 11.30 pm to 4.00 am every night
now the scenario has changed..rpf are available and it is an all women employees station of kgp division..only problem is connectivity with main town...same with joc and adra
