I think 4 year is good time for that as current scenario of project in IR on rapid manner if u take small example of electrification and doubling by IR companies as compared to ealrier ones
Along with it i have latest example of gazipur bridge as they are in so much rapid manner that they will complete the bridge before the deadlines
If similar pressure and funds and interest shown in bullet train then it will also run on 15 august 2022 as 75 years of independence of India
May be not end to end but at one depot may be surat or vadodra
They already done air survey and soil testing at all locations
Hope it will complete and we also comes in the list of bullet train nations...
Well it will be also a dream for every RF to travel in it
