Is Betul - Khandwa new railway line (180 km approx.) a good project to execute ? This will connect Indore to Betul via Khandwa (after GC) . Also will be a good route for trains coming from Rajasthan and even Gujarat going south and south - east.

Why not Betul - Vadodara new rail line connecting Khandwa, Khargone, Julwaniya and Alirajpur.
Mere khyal se aap jis Betul-Baroda route ki baat ker rahe hai shayad wo Julwaniyan ke baad Dhar district me kahi Indore-Chota Udaipur rail project me merge ho jayega...
May be. But I want Alirajpur to be connected. It's a district HQ.
You are right. Khandwa-Khargone-Barwani-Alirajpur line agar banti hai to Alirajpur junction banega, kyunki Alirajpur station already Dhar - Chhota Udepur railway line MAP pe hai(this line is under construction). New line work is going on Chhota Udepur - Alirajpur section...
sahi hai koi ek route hona chahiye indore-betul k beech toh better indore-khandwa-betul kyunki indore-khandwa ka cost bach jayega sirf khandwa-betul nel line karenge toh bas indore se betul are more chances as half km of project falls in another GC project which will be savings for railways investment.
