Please send Railway Board Order regarding this. As this concept are not implemented in zonal railways. Still now all letters issued as per A,B,C,D concept.
The pics attached above are a part of RTI which itself is an official proof. Anyways i don't have any "Railway boards order"
Btw ER hasn't released the new category of its stations yet as per NSG system. So may be still now all letters are issued as per the old A, B, C, D system
Also U can surf ECR's official website to find out the official list of ECR based on NSG system

Well the whole discussion just gone to a wrong way. My proposal was to include the classification of station whatsoever is prevailed. # admin and other member may decide.
