Hi,
I have a reservation from Barsoi to Delhi but the boarding point is Kiul. Is it legal to board the train before Kiul (from Bhagalpur)?

If we go by rules than ..answer is "NO"
Try to change boarding point asap ..
As tte might provide that seat to someone else till kiul and in that case u can't do anything ..

no you can't board before Kiul on this ticket. Take a Gen ticket and board the train. At Kiul go to your allotted coach.
He can't change the BP from Kiul to Bhagalpur, as the train arrives Bhagalpur before kiul. he can board at kiul or only after kiul.
