If the charting is done at 16:22. Then I will prefer it to be 16:30 for everyones convenience. Because if someone checks at 16:15 he/she won't get the final status.
But it will be useful for Current booking availability.
Let's say if 10 seats are available in Current then it will booked within 5 minutes by known regular travellers.

If you put it in that way then it is right but I don't think for Current availability this thing should be changed to 16:15... Today again a proverb proved right. Everything has both advantages and disadvantages. 👍🙏
