If a train is resheduled by 20 hrs and if I wish to cancell a ticket then will i get full refund if chart has not been prepared.
wait till chart gets prepared and then file TDR, then only you will get the full refund.
If you cancel before chart preparation then cancellation charges will be deducted which will be 50% for the confirmed ticket.
