I agree with you if train fills 50% it'll surely give profit cuz of dynamic system. But to run 50% empty train is not good too. It's much better to run 100% occupied train(either ac or normal SF) over 50% occupied train. Nowadays, Railway gives lame excuses of slot, congestion, etc on the other side they start many empty trains having high fare and no passengers onboard. So I think, instead of this kind of HS trains there should be AC SF, NORMAL SF or removal of Flexi system so that they can run fully occupied trains.
