YES. Asked officials on GIMB STN plus I have spotted these things--
1.22973 has 1 3a coach of Eco but 12993 has all coaches of WR.
2. One general coach of 22973 was Eco based but 12993 has all WR Coaches.
3.(MOST IMP)TB of 12993 never changes. It has TB of all 3 languages but 22973 only has hindi TB . If it had...
